I'm fat again

Uuuuggghhh one more thing to ad to my list is that I'm fat again, I gain more than 3kg, I keep controlling what I ate but the weight keep going up, I cant exercise with my need hurting, I cant go to a gym cus I’m always doing something. I’m supposed to have my day free tomorrow but I have to go to the store at 8, just to give an example. Maybe it will be a good idea if a go back with the diet pill; I still feel crappie but at least thinnerand my conversations with dbf about my weigh will be over and I be happy again.
