one week has past since my first day on a diet
I lost 3,5 lbs and the girls at the center congratulates me because I’m suppose to loss 2,2 lib a week , I feel great!! It haven’t been easy I know now I love to eat junk food and my eating habits weren’t perfect I use to do terrible thing for my health, but now I’m on track again and is easy to see where are you failing, I have a diary where I write all the food I eat and the water I drink is easy to know when you need more fruit or something, I’m hoping to feel the same way next week
